Just an FYI... Northern Brewer is offering their $7.99 flat rate shipping through Thanksgiving.

I thought that they always had flat-rate shipping.

They changed their shipping rate policy a while ago...maybe a year or so.  I can barely remember yesterday.

When they changed, they were no longer worth it for me to buy from them.

Yeah... Once they switched their policy, I switched my supplier. I really have no need for them anymore though either. I just wanted to spread the word. It's a great opportunity for extract or all grain kit brewers to stock up.

Thanks for the heads up.  I bought my 10 gallon megapot from them years ago and I love it.  It would be great to have them as a local homebrew shop!

They're biggest advantage is their malt selection and their cask supplies.  They really do have a great selection.  They also own Midwest now so Midwest has that great selection as well... I usually bounce between them for lower shipping now (usually Midwest)  If I needed stuff now I would def order from Norther Brewer with this promo (wish it was year round like before)
