just returned from the LHBS with ingredients for my hop burst DIPA: 15 lbs 2-row, 0.5 lbs crystal 40, 0.5 lbs crystal 80, 0.75 lbs carapils, 0.75 lbs wheat, 2.0 oz each cascade and Columbus at 15 min, 1.0 oz each Falconers Flight, Sorachi Ace, Simcoe and Calypso at whirlpool, 1.0 oz each of same + 1.0 oz cascade dry hopped in secondary. White labs 001 yeast.
