Never heard of it, but I just spent a few minutes reading about it.  I guess I've been missing out.

You are NOT missing out. Dumbest show ever. Wish I had never heard of it either.

I'm on the other side of the fence.  My wife and I love the show, even though you can tell much of it is staged.  Really like how the Robertsons are centered around family and faith.  I'll put it this way, I'd much rather have my daughter turn out to be like a Robertson than a Kardashian.

While I don't watch either one, I REALLY agree with this statement.

I don't get the fascination with this show. I was told it's hilarious so I watched an episode. It was sixty minutes of a bunch of long beards arguing over who was going camping and who was going to make some duck calls. Neither funny nor entertaining.

yeah - i don't find it all that entertaining either and don't watch it regularly, but I did think what thebigbaker said rang true for me.

Not a huge fan of the show, like all reality TV it is staged and scripted, but the family has a good message and seems fairly genuine.  Agree with the earlier post, I'd much rather my kids turn out like them then some of the other reality TV personalities.

By the way I too agree with the above mentioned rather kids turn out like...

But, Duck Dynasty is approaching retail  omnipresence these days.

Anywho, I thought it was a cute play on words.
