One of the other breweries in our town is doing a special release of a pre-prohibition lager (pseudo) and they've distributed it all over town, so the same beer will be tapped tonight at 6 different place here in Port Angeles, Wa.

Should be fun.  Too bad I have to go with SWBO to a work Christmas party......   ???

Drinking a cream ale in honor, may get drunk as I'm sure most people did back then.

Awesome picture.  Not too many better reasons for a homebrewer to celebrate. Think I'll take advantage !

Ya. History is odd for me because we're all surprises. Dad was 40 when I was born. He's the youngest of 13 kids... my grandfather is an only, but my great grandpa is a surprise and so was great great. I have photos on the wall. Its only 4 generations between me and 1824. Great great grandpa Leininger came here in 1832 from Alsace France to escape the 2nd French revolution
