Sounds like Pro Brewer advice for the home brewer? If so - I'm in!

Billy Broas has a nice homebrewing blog: BillyBrew.com. He also writes for HomebrewAcademy.com. Both he and Denny are good candidates for picking brewers' brains.

Couldn't find much info via Google search... is it still in the works?

When I first started to homebrew, I bookmarked Billybrew.com as a reference and will still go by the site every now and then to see what's going on.  Great blog site with some really good info.  Looks like a promising book.

No advice, just recipes, right from the brewmasters.

Glad you got'er done Denny. I was hoping that photos would've given me an excuse to head to the hinterlands for a visit though. Look forward to perusing my copy. Bet you'll even sign it for me.;)

Diane, that's not the book that Drew and I are doing.  This is another one, where I just contributed a few recipes.  "Experimental Brewing" is still in progress, hopefully finished by the end of this year and released next Nov.
