Brewed up a Session Pale Ale that should turn out to be about 3%.  Lowest ABV I have ever brewed but excited to try it out.

This weekend (mine aren't always Sat Sun) I'm kegging an Oktoberfest, a Vienna, and an 80/-. Brewing a Premium Lager, another 80/-, and waking up the yeast from my Irish Red to make a Dry Stout. Ought to curb my brew addiction for a week or two.

Excited cuz I get to see how my mill mashes out, and break in the O2 setup

made a vienna lager.  forgot to subtract a few #s of base malt (vienna) when I added some dark munich and then I overcollected because my buddy stopped by at the end of the sparge (final runnings were still over 1.008 so no issue there), but i ended up with 1.060 instead of 1.050  .  should be okay, just stronger than I'd hoped for...
