I did brew this last summer and it was fantastic( 10 gallons ) , I am brewing it on a commercial scale ( well, 15 bbls next week ) , I am lucky enough to have friends with a small brewpub here in PA, they will serve it after an extended maturation period in conjunction with the start of my trip for promotional purposes.
