What's hitting the kettle this weekend?

I'm brewing a Pumpernickel IPA as referenced here https://www.homebrewersassociation.org/forum/index.php?topic=17491.0

Nothing this weekend. Just continuing to build up a WLP 800 starter for next weekend's hoppy pilsner.

American IPA with about a pound of 2012 Falconer's Flight I have left in the freezer (5-gallon batch). Trying to blow-out my old stock.

Irish Stout for sure and maybe a tripel, if there's time.

Honey Lemongrass IPA!  Sorachi Ace, Zythos and Motueka for 90 IBU and even more hop oil.  My next brew is always my best one.

Assuming my ingredients arrive on time I'll be brewing a second try on a Simcoe/Cascade IPA. Came out really well last time. My wife, who is my harshest critic and greatest supporter, and really don't like IPAs a lot of the time, really liked this one so...

Must have been something going around.  I had the same problem.  It was a movie day.

It was a lethargic day, but I made 10 gallons of IPA Wednesday anyway.  After mashing in I realized I forgot to install the false bottom in the mash tun, so I had to scramble around and make a lauter tun out of old equipment.  A bit more work, but I still made beer.
