Ralph and I formulated this recipe this morning. Well I did most of it while he kept guard.

I loved New Belgium's White IPA. I would think this would be similar except I will get the tropical fruit flavor of the New Zealand hops.

I think it'll be yummy. I've only had galaxy in a couple of commercial beers but I love nelson and I think they should go well together
