If you've been drinking and step outside and act like a normal person, fine.  Drinking and step outside and act like a jackass, or try to resuscitate a dead animal, probably grounds for getting a citation.

Why would you piss on your front lawn when the door to your house is probably 10 feet away?

Good point.  I guess if you have neighbors glassing you with binoculars all day than there are have bigger issues to worry about.

I always thought NJ licenses plates should read 'The Police State' not 'The "Garden" State'.

 You know what's even better than a pee in the lawn? A good ole' pee in the shower. I mean, is there anything better? It just feels so right. And, as an added bonus, no athletes foot.  :D

I pee in the shower all the time. I just wait until the wife gets in, yank open the door, and let 'er rip.

NO NO NO. Peeing in the shower is completely unacceptable. Just nasty.

Things in urine are not completely water soluble and they build up on the shower floor and walls as it splashes around. Then other people have to stand in your pee. Just awful.

The shower is not a toilet. Show some self control and pee before or after your shower...anywhere but the shower.

+1. I live in the woods and I use the outdoors as my personal latrine all the time and have a few favorite spots. But peeing in the shower is uncivilized.

Reminds me of a South Park episode where Randy Marsh goes to his son's little league game, gets blazing drunk, and in fist fights with other parents, each time, and each time as the cops drag him away is drunkenly protesting, "Scuse me, I thought this was America!  I thought this was a free country!"

Cap, this might break your brain, but imagine the immense biodiversity of hotel shower floors.   ;D
