Sounds good to me. Kind of like a Czech Amber lager-ish?. Bet it's tasty.

Probably so. I'm sure it will get consumed. Just wanted to get a generation of the wlp830 out of the way before I move on to pils and dort.

I'm brewing a hefe this weekend, low DO and open fermented. This is for a halloween party and will, sadly, be drank in the span of 4 hours.

Irish Red.  10 gals. Solid recipe that has done well for me in competition in the past. I haven't brewed it in a couple of years and my wife requested it.

On Sunday:
86% Schill Munich 9L
9.5% home toasted flaked oats
4.5% carafa special I

Brown malty water

Bitter to about 23 IBU with Magnum

K97

That sounds really interesting. What OG?

I assume mostly all pils and Saphir late, Paul?  I ask because I have a Pivo style pils that just kicked. It was nice. I used Barke pils and it's just great stuff.
