Best Bitter.   Moving to more lower-gravity beers for the new year.
Low gravity beer for me too! I’m brewing a Pale Ale with Golden Promise and Mosaic hops OG 1.052

Plan on brewing a saison tomorrow. 70% pilsner, 17% wheat, 13% rye. Using Imperial Loki. Never used this before and looking forward to how it turns out.

Brewed my Wee Heavy (called A Wee Bit Heavy) this past Wednesday.  Probably brewing my ESB (On Her Majesty's ESB) sometime this week.

I've been thinking about picking some of that up as well to experiment with.  Let us know how it goes.

I brewed a Belgian Blonde yesterday.  It's been about 22 hours since I pitched the yeast, and it's already dropped 17 points according to my Tilt.

I kegged 5 gallons of Blonde Ale and 3 gallons of Doppelbock for Christmas. The Doppelbock is about 8.6% ABV

Nothing.  Brewed ESB (more properly called Strong Bitter) last Sunday.  Kegging my 8.1% Wee Heavy today.

Just got ingredients for a British Golden Ale. I’ve been drinking dark beers lately so decided to lighten it up this brew.

I’m brewing A dunkel. I split the batch and am fermenting half with Wyeast 2308 at 62 degrees and the other half with the fast ferment method starting at 50 degrees.

Local brewery just made their GIANT Porter and gave away 2nd runnings to homebrewers! A buddy grabbed me a bucket so I get to make an awesome beer with the time consuming part done for me. Now I just need to figure out what I'm going to do for hops and yeast...

LHBS closed early and I haven't had to keep much on hand since moving to a place that actually has a LHBS so it looks like this will be a RIS... Russian Imperial Saison!
