Pressed 17 gal of cider yesterday.  Fermenting 12 of it.
Life begins at 60.....1.060, that is!

No idea, really.  We have 6 or 7 different varieties on our trees, and the neighbors brought a few more.

We pressed 23 gal. of juice.  That makes a total of 40 gal. In the last 2 weeks, and we'll do another pressing in a few weeks.

We have about 10 apple trees and a cider press. The neighbors have mam66 more trees, so we all get together to do it, like yesterday.  The first 17 gal. and the final pressing in a few weeks are all ours, though.
