IDK beer. 10# ea. of Wheat Malt, Pilz Malt, Pale Malt and a touch of Aromatic @1.047 OG sprinkled with some 4 additions of Mosaic for 25 IBU's. Yellow Balanced Water. Nice low ABV and hopefully a good warm weather drinker!

Amarillo IPA for the Big Brew.  It's my wife's favorite and we are now well into the second keg from the last batch.  Time to make more!

My 2nd go at a schwarzbier with a little decoction thrown in for fun. My wife, who's been getting into the brewing more after watching me for several years, has been craving a schwarz and will take lead role in the garage - er, brewery.

I'm doing an IPA for VBB, one I haven't done before.  13 lb. MG Lamonta, 2 lb.  MG Opal, 1/2 l;b. carapils.  PNW Chinook for bittering, MI Chinook for finishing and DH.  WY1217 West Coast IPA yeast.

I just mashed in Mandarina Gold. A Golden Ale featuring Mandarina Bavaria single hopped throughout. I’ve been wanting to use this hop variety for a while.

Brewing a cream ale, and splitting into 2.5 gallon batches. Going to ferment one with Omega Bayern Lager and the other with Bootleg Bio Oslo. I'd like to test the assertion you can brew a lager or lager like beer with Oslo.

4 kg Pils
0.454 kg Flaked Corn
0.454 kg Munich 10 L
10 IBU Pahto
28 g Gargoyle @ 5 min
28 g Gargoyle @ Dry hop

Brewed an Imperial Red IPA yesterday.  17.6 degrees Plato, 75 IBU's.  This recipe was formulated for a dear friend who went through chemo for breast cancer a couple years ago.  She asked me to brew this beer to celebrate her "ringing the bell" at the end of her treatment.  I named it "Red's For What Ales You".  My wife now simply calls it "Big Red".

We also had a friend who just went thru her last treatment of ‘Red Devil’.

Cheers!

Brewing a summer crusher 4% abv.  Don't usually do small ones like this.
Some day we'll look back on this and it will all seem funny

Thats about all I do nowadays. My last brew was supposed to be a 4% Oatmeal Brown. Forgot the oatmeal and undershot my FG on top of that. Ended up as a 3% "Unintentional Mild", and it will now become a regular brew of mine because it is so damn good.

Today is brew #2 as I'm trying to dial in my new Foundry. Brewing a hefe, and I'm finally going to brew one using a multi step mash with a ferulic acid rest.

I have a "Mexican Cerveza" style beer coming up this weekend with 940.

A day without beer is like... just kidding, I have no idea.
