I’m going to brew an American Brown Ale this weekend. It still is one of my favorite styles when the weather starts getting a bit cooler.

I am mashing a Golden Ale featuring Amarillo, Simcoe and Galaxy hops.

I will add those three hops at three different points so I call this one ‘Three Forks’ which is a spot just west of me where the Brier fork and Flint fork come together creating the Flint River just above Bell Factory where the Winchester Road bridge crosses it.

Annual pumpkin spice beer.  Trying a hefe yeast and hoping to get clove from it.  I bought the yeast wlp300 and after read reviews.  It has been called a banana bomb.
Some day we'll look back on this and it will all seem funny

Rye IPA or Rye PA.  Haven't decided on gravity yet, but it will have 20% Rye malt and Mosaic hops.

Took a shot at a Brut IPA today, not sure what will come out of the fermentor though since I mashed at 152 instead of 145 as I realized later I should have been, and never got ultra ferm so it won't be very dry...... I'm sure it will be drinkable though  ;)

ESB on Sunday and then another batch of my RIS aged on Crown Royal soaked oak chips early next week.  Once a fermenter is empty it will be Tripel time.

Just pitched Belle Saison in a 1.5-gal batch of 50% Briess Pale / 50% Crisp Wheat (1.042 OG) with ~20 IBUs of Styrian Golding.
