I agree. Denny's tips, advice, and podcast appearances have gone a long way in helping me improve my beers. So I would also like to thank him for all of his knowledge and efforts. He is definitely a cornerstone in this community.

I do have a question on #6, I didn't think you had to be a paid member of the AHA to access the forum? Just the members only things like Ezymurgy and Ask the Experts?

That's right. You don't need to pay anything to access and use the forum

I was using the forum for a month or two before I joined. So no you don't. I didn't understand that one either.

It's quite an honor to get a mention from somebody like Annie in a mag like the Smithsonian.  I'm flattered and grateful that I've been able to give back some of the help I've gotten through the years.

I think the only thing Denny does more often than brewing is helping out other brewers. The accolades are well-deserved.

Is Annie on the forum? Trying to put a "name" to the face.

I don't think so. She said you have to be a member to access these forums so she hangs out at Northern Brewer and Beersmith forums.

I don't know if _she_ said that or not.  When I posted a correction on Facebook, she appeared to know about it.  Besides, I have a hard time believing she's not and AHA member!

Nice! Side note, how big is that Brew-Magic kettle? Can't understand why it's not listed on their website.

She forgot to say that Denny is ubiquitous on the internet beer forums. His posts are everywhere.  :D
