Looks like a great experience, but the picture labeled "Grain out" - looks like you are at the top of the mash lauter tun.  Don't they have a man way at the bottom to dump and rake it out?

The mlt sits on top of the hlt. So that man way is flush with the false bottom of the mash tun. A little Below that point is the weld that marks the separation.
