Okay, why not.

Classic American Pilsner.

6 row malt and flaked maize.  No finings.

A little condensation clouds up the photos, little to no head, but very tasty and refreshing for the 90 degree weather we are having

Thanks guys. It's Ken's recipe. Brewed May 1st. Bottled at a little over 2 weeks, carbed for 3 and lagered for a week. These were the first samples after getting back from California. Leaving the rest to lager till I need the freezer for the next brewday early next month. Hope everyone enjoyed the Con, I was on family Vacation checking out LA, including Firestone Walker's newest location The Propagator in Venice; then up to Monterey Bay, Santa Cruz, and finally San Francisco.  One hell of a trip, saw so much awesomeness but I hope to get to the con next year, it's already on the calendar

Ken, I think it's the first beer I have ever poured in that glass. I've been with my SWMBO for over 5 years now and living with her for over 4. I think the glass was her x's. But it fit the bill for a bomber of something I wanted to see the clarity on. I like it a lot, but hate "the resort." Thanks again for the recipes, the tweaked version with a blend of Avangard and Weyermann Pilsner 8s by far my favorite and cleared up a heckuva lot better. Will be enjoying 3.5 gallons of each for the next month or 2 after I get back from this trip. Back to back: flew into LA, drove the coast to San Francisco,  flew back to indiana,  had 2 days of yardwork, then back into the car to drive the oldest out to Gunnison, CO. Then have to drive home next weekend. My feet and @$$ are killing me!
