OK, Braggin a Little....
« on: February 01, 2014, 02:08:57 pm »
Just got this text from my neighbor.  It made me smile.....

In Hannover Germany, barman just poured me a killer bavarian beer and said "you
dont get this kinda beer in the states". I said "you dont know my neighbor..."

Gotta love this hobby..... :)

Excellent.

A bartender in Hannover bragging about a Bavarian beer? Well I would be hard pressed to think of a beer from Hannover.

Only would have been better if you were there in person!  I once had a similar statement made by a brewpub bartender, only to have a few friends I was with just point at me and say "you should taste his beer!"

Felt pretty good about that one.

No, it would have been better if he had a bottle of your beer because I'm sure the bartender didn't believe him. I've met some Germans.  ;)
