I plan on winning gold for American ipa, imperial ipa, and imperial stout.  Good luck to the rest of you.
Cheers

I appreciate your  enthusiasm, but you'll have trouble winning gold for both ipa's

But the tie breaker would be fun to watch. One man cage match. Reminds me of Jim Carey "I'm kicking my a$$!"

To reinforce what Jimmy said, one gold per category, so IPA has 14a, 14b, 14c, but only one gold for cat 14.

You have to get both through the first round, which is also tough.

Good luck.

Definitely good luck in cat 14, I gave up entering that one when I got a 47 in first round but didn't pass the minibos, same beer won many other awards around the same time.  This was when it was only single bottle for first round so it should be better now.

Glad to see people appreciate my sense of humor.  Honestly I have no clue how I will do, but I figured a little trash talk could make things fun.
Cheers

I admire your confidence.  I hope your beer lives up to it.  I am just hoping to be selected to participate.  Your sense of humor is appreciated, though.  Many of the commenters on this forum have a pretty good track record, so I have decided to enter my first competition to see if I get some helpful feedback and to see if my beers stack up favorably in comparison.

Welcome to the forum and best of luck to you with your brews!

The only reason you have a chance is because I didn't enter. Figured I'd make it fair for everyone else :)

But seriously, good luck to everyone. More importantly, I hope you all get good, useful feedback on your brews.

"cmack talk" started already - I love it!

I admit it; I'm skeered.
I've pulled out of those categories since the OP has them won.

...Now if he gets another 700 people to avoid Cats 13 and 14 he should be in great shape.   ;D

I'd like to see that...considering the fact that we're in the same club.  ??? >:( :P
