But just recently I decided my staples would now be:
Rahr 2 row
Crisp Maris Otter
Weyermann Munich
...and, when needed, Best Pils
Also, put me in the camp that isn't crazy about Briess. I lived in the Midwest for 30+ years until three years ago and for ever commercial brewery there that uses Briess, there is another that uses Rahr. In fact, my first AG batch in 2005 was brewed with 88% Rahr 2 row. I got a bag b/c my local brewery, which also had a HBS attached, used it and sold it to me.
