Not brewing, but bottling an English Barleywine, an American Barleywine and a Tupelo mead.  Going to have to clean more bottles.  :P

10er of Czech It Out Pils - Budejovice strain.  Liking that and 2206 lately for my lagers and 1768 and 1450 for my ales...man all is good - even the weather is improving here in IL.

Cheers fellow brewers!

This weekend will be the first brewday in the new house. On Monday I will be brewing another 4 gallons of flanders red which will be racked onto the old slurry, with about a gallon of beer already.

On Wednesday or Thursday, I am making a rye altbier.

I brewed a brown ale yesterday morning. It was basically BCS Dirty Water brown ale, with Wyeast1469 substituting for the yeast they list. It's going crazy in the keg right now, it'll likely blowout here in a few hours.

Tuesday is my next brewday. Going to be brewing an Old Peculier-ish brew using some Yorkshire Square yeast harvested from my Nut brown. I also need to step up my Red Poppy dregs and do a taste-test on my Märzen and Dunkel to decide whether they're getting a D rest before lagering.

Brewed a Pliny the Elder today.
Kegged a porter and a west coast bitter yesterday.

I like the sound of The Mindblock Maibock! :D

I kegged a Celebration Ale and two Kolsches, then brewed a Simcoe APA and A Vienna/Centennial SMASH (Pietro's suggestion).

I may have finally satisfied my brewing obsession for a while!  Still leaning towards an RIS next weekend to close out the winter brew season.  All of my kegs and fermenters are full - I may actually have to bottle some beer for a change.  Weird.

This weekend (mine aren't always Sat Sun) I'm kegging an Oktoberfest, a Vienna, and an 80/-. Brewing a Premium Lager, another 80/-, and waking up the yeast from my Irish Red to make a Dry Stout. Ought to curb my brew addiction for a week or two.

Excited cuz I get to see how my mill mashes out, and break in the O2 setup
