Maine Nano Rules and Regulations
« on: March 31, 2010, 05:27:05 pm »
Is anyone familiar with any rules or regulations related to opening a nanobrewery in Maine specifically?

I know that I would need the following 3 for sure:

1. TTB.gov. For federal brewers license

2.  Maine liquor licensing for state license

3.  Maine dept of agriculture for bottle deposit registration

Is there anything that I may be missing?

Thanks for your thoughts!

You might try contacting the Maine Brewers Guild. I'm sure they have a lot of these answers.

Trying to get our TTB paperwork finished up and sent off today. Be sure to pay extra close attention to detail. They like to reject your submissions just for sport. All the way down to you HAVE to sign in blue ink - no other color.
