Roasted Bone Marrow
« on: March 02, 2014, 09:44:57 am »
I was at a restaurant in Raleigh (Stanbury) last night and we ordered the Roasted Bone Marrow. I think I have a new favorite food. Alone on toasted bread it was great, with the parsley, shallots and capers it was divine.

Here's someone else's photo off the web of the dish

The marrow in an Oso Buco is yummy. That picture makes me hungry.

Along with a salad that's a fricken meal man! What else could you wish for? Maybe a beer to accompany along with the conversation...
