Want a recipe named after you? Help me with my next one gallon pale ale today! I'd like to just do a 15 min boil.
I've got the following:
-40L crystal
-extra light DME
-Amarillo
-Cascade
-Centennial

This is what I would do plus an additional 1/4 ounce each dry hopped. I don't mess with short boils or 1 gallon batches much, so my weights might not be perfect.

Masterpiece? It's just a basic pale ale.
You brewed it, it's your masterpiece.
