Happy St Pat!

Though I must work, no green beer for me, I will be wearing green. Enjoy your St Patty Day. Before getting ready for work I did rack an Irish Stout to the keg. Smelled like heaven! Looking forward to it.

Back atcha. Had some Johnny Jump Up tonight. Jameson and cider. Don't need to have it again, but worth a try at least once a year.

I had a Guinness with dinner.  That was the extent of my celebration.  I probably should've had the home brew coffee stout I have bottled, but was just feeling the lighter Guinness at the time

Did some homemade pastrami... that's almost Irish, right?

I got the recipes for both corned beef and pastrami from here.    I'd highly recommend it.
