Lime puree or other citrus puree?
« on: March 24, 2014, 10:34:58 pm »
Just finished reading the citrus article in zymurgy. They discuss using citrus purees in secondary.  Interested to know if anyone has used them? I heard that fermented orange juice is quite foul and have only used zest and peel (zest and pith). Thoughts?

I have used zest often. Just interested in exploring another idea.

+1. Zest works fantastic.  Haven't used juice, though.
