Congrats Matt!

If I end up visiting my wife's extended family in that area, I will be sure to stop by!

Very cool! Congrats! This might be the first time I've said this in the nearly 14 years since I left: I'm starting to miss Minnesota.

Hey guys,

I just saw this post -- thanks so much!!!  I wouldn't be anywhere if it wasn't for the generosity and help from my fellow homebrewing comrades.  I've learned so much from this and the NB forum, and Bauhaus really wouldn't be happening if the homebrewing community wasn't full of awesome people willing to share their knowledge and experience.

It's been a slog for us this year as far as construction.  Record-long subzero temps in Minnesota didn't help much.  But wow, I'm pretty stoked that we're getting closer to opening.  I don't know if I'd say "damn close" since DME is dragging their feet in delivering our brewhouse -- it's supposed to ship the week of April 21.  We have our cellaring tanks and our canning line.  But without a brewhouse, there's not a lot we can do!

Regardless, things are crazy busy right now, and there is plenty of non-brewing-related activities for me to occupy my time.  I hope that when we open in June (hopefully!), anyone on the forum within reasonable proximity will stop by for a pint.

Leos, I seriously need to get to your taproom.  Like, yesterday.  I can't believe I haven't been there yet!  Before Bauhaus opens, I will be at Thirsty Monk -- I promise!

Cheers, guys!

I don't know when we will get through MN again, but your place will be a stop.

Good luck! Work hard. Be successful.
