Happy Mom Day
« on: May 11, 2014, 02:09:12 pm »
75ยบ out. No clouds or wind. Watching my waife mow around my Gravensteins.  Drinking store bought Icecicle Dirtyface. Listening to Critton Hollow hammered dulcimer bluegrass.  Life am good

Sounds like paradise Jim, but what's your water profile?  Hopefully you achieved the optimal mash pH for the style of beer you are brewing.  Whatever you're brewing, it likely has too much caramel malt and not enough hops.  The efficiency of your fly sparge is probably atrocious.  Are you sure you posted this in the proper section?

Regardless, life am good and my waife looks sexy, so...

I miss my mom.
Yeah, me too.  My wife and I are fresh out of parents.
