What kind of shrooms?

Chanterelles.  2 1/2 lb. in 5 gal.  It's the infamous Wee Shroomy!

I'm not sure what to think.  The idea doesn't sound appealing but then again, I haven't seen you steer anyone wrong on here yet.  I may give it a try.
Thanks for putting it in the wiki.  That's a great place for people to go get recipes (and I figured no one has made a shameless plug for it in a while).

Did you also do the side boil of the first runnings ala the Traquoir House Wee Heavy?  I have that one in primary right now - but no shrooms.

Hey Denny,  How do the shrooms hold up after the dry shrooming?  Are they useful as food afterward?  Just curious.

Let us know if you see the shrooms and the yeast having sex in there and creating mutant fungi.  I don't know what that might look like, but it might be scary.
