I bottled 2 gallons today and forgot to dry hop! Is there anything that would be worth doing?

Nope. it's done.

well, I suppose you could get a french press, add some hops (Whole cone preferably here). and when you serve said beer, decant into the french press with hops, let it settle for a moment and then pour the beer off.

I've never done this and almost everyone I've heard who has wasn't terribly impressed but it might work.

Almost anything you try to do at this point will make it worse than if you left it alone.

The secondary hops were about one ounce per gallon so I suppose it wasn't a ton.

One ounce per gallon is a lot of hops for dry hopping.  But still, trying to do anything would probably make it worse.

Don't worry about it. It's still beer.
