I just had the water in our new place tested (Hollywood Hills area of Los Angeles).  It's surprisingly similar to water I had tested in 2008 when we lived in a different part of the city.  I've been brewing with distilled water for many years, but I was thinking maybe I would switch back to tap.

That doesn't look bad. A little alkaline but a bit of acid will knock it down for paler beers.
