Did you get your Beer Camp bottle from Sierra Nevada? Are you going to participate in this tour?

I think they are going to do regional beer fests also, with one being in Chicago (Midwest edition) July 27.

They aren't coming to the Pacific Northwest.  Stupid beer camp.  It's probably lame.

I got the bottle. I did not sign up. It looks like it is SN ad campaign to go nation wide with your help. Not sure about it. And we are not in Chicago Market.

I got the bottle. Haven't tried to figure out what it is about yet. Might crack it open tomorrow though!

They're brewing 12 beers in collaboration with 12 different breweries. That comes out as a 12 pack this summer. I'll buy that and skip the beer fest -- Sunday afternoon in the middle of July is guaranteed to be hot and sticky in Chicago.
It's such a fine line between stupid and clever.

In Washington State, we all got a bottle of the double IPA.  I'm assuming in other regions, it may be a different beer.  We drank it the day after getting it.  Good solid beer.  And Sierra Nevada did call our brewery to invite us, but the closest one is Chico, CA.  Way too far for a little brewery.

Besides, we are training for NHC.  Gonna spend a night in a little town in Wisconsin called New Glarus.  (I think there is a brewery there, LOL)

Sorry to hijack, but are you driving to NHC?  If so got room for a couple more kegs?

Sorry, no.  I grew up in Minneapolis, so we are flying there a week ahead, and then driving to Grand Rapids.
