So I'm brewing an ESB from BYO recipe. OG is 1.060 and expected FG is 1.014. It calls for WLP002 but that yeast doesn't attenuate as much as WLP013 and beersmith puts the OG closer to 1.019. I know the 002 is he classic strain but how will it attenuate that much especially when the recipe calls for a mash temp of 154? Curious
