Spam is served in fancy restaurants in Hawaii.  Hawaii is nice, but the locals gave me the stink eye and the flight is too long, so I will never return.

Return to sender.  Address unknown.  No such number.  No such phone.

My Momma cried when Elvis died and thirty something years later I still feel her pain.

I'm pretty sure I messed up the Elvis lyrics.  "No such phone" can't be right.  Oh well, I should probably have another homebrew.

Elvis is okay. John Carpenter made an Elvis movie with Kurt Russell. Not nearly as good as a little movie called John Carpenter's The Thing, which also had Kurt Russell but kicking more ass. Big Trouble In Little China was also pretty stellar. John Carpenter, the brewer, not the director used to work at Golden Road Brewery. I never really thought they had amazing beers. They seem more interested in growing the brand, which is okay I suppose. if you're talking about brands, John Carpenter, the director, should be given some credit for starting a  horror brand with Halloween. The very first one with Jamie Lee Curtis, who is/was as rumor has it, a hermaphrodite.

John Carpenter's Vampires is a criminally underrated horror movie. James Woods was great in it. He's actually a native Rhode Islander. Which is why the high school in Family Guy is called James Woods High. One of the many RI references on the show.

Finally got around to starting a homebrewing blog: The Hop Whisperer

I didn't see that vampire movie but I did see a friend with a Providence Bruins coffee cup. Every time I see that logo I think the factory screwed up and missed the bottom half of the "B". But damn its worth driving down 146 for those Italian Restaurants.
Don't let the bastards cheer you up.
