Bit of a brewing disaster

Didn't turn out quite as expected. Though my experience is kind of funny, maybe someone can provide some good tips for making the beer turn out better.

It looked like you boiled your grain instead of steeping at 150-160. There are dozens and dozens of steps that could improve your beer from liquid yeast starters with pure O2 aeration to just a better recipe.

One thing about brewing, whether you are brewing your first kit or you have 20 years experience, is that it takes focus. The broad process is rather simple, but there are a lot of little steps that need to be done correctly. For your next brew, I'd focus on instruction and following directions rather than videography.
