is my starter too old?

I made a 3.5l starter of some wlp001 a week ago. its been at 67* for the whole time. do you think its ok to decant and pitch in my RIS im brewing today?
Primary:Stella Rosemary IPA
Lagering: Sto Lat Gratzer
Drinking: Whenever I'm not working or driving

Yes it will be fine to use today.  I might add a bit of wort into the starter to get it active before pitching though.
