Is my cream ale water profile OK?
« on: June 01, 2014, 07:46:16 pm »
My water is pretty high in alkalinity @ 170 so I'm building from Distilled for this cream ale recipe.
More or less using the yellow balanced profile from Bru'n water.

Calcium - 60
Magnesium - 0
Sodium - 0
Sulfate - 66
Chloride - 57
bicarbonate - 0
total hardness - 150
Alkalinity - 0
RA -  -43
PH - 5.4

Thanks for looking. :)

That should make for a nice crisp cream ale.
