Repitching yeast after finings
« on: May 23, 2014, 04:57:50 pm »
If I added Biofine in primary, can I still re-pitch the yeast? Will this affect a secondary fermentation? Thanks!

No issues that I've ever noticed. For a secondary fermentation, though, I'd just leave the beer on the yeast and fine afterwards.

I wouldn't use fining until after the secondary fermentation.
