Forum Errors This Evening
« on: June 03, 2014, 06:51:21 pm »
Going to the Forum this evening, I found that I was already logged in (recently, I have had to log in each visit).

When I try to mark a board as Read, I get the following error:

Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again.

If click the Logout link, I get the same error.

Edit:  Well, never mind.  After posting this message, these functions seem to work properly again.

Same here.  It's been off and on since last week.  I tried PM and that doesn't work either.

I've been seeing weirdness using the Recent Unread button.  First time I click on it I might get a list of threads that have updated since my last visit.  If I read a thread and click back it, all the previously listed threads are gone.  It started late last week and with all the OS upgrades going on in my house I wrote it off as "just me".

I've seen the session timed out errors also (like this message).  I assumed it had something to do with the AHA office move.

Yep, I emailed the IT dept. anbout it a bit ago, but it was back to normal before they could look into it.  I'll send them a link to this thread.

I don't think it is back to normal. I'm still having issues with "unread topics" even after a reboot.

I was having trouble again too, but I cleared my history, logged off and then logged back in and it's working again...until I tried posting this in IE.

Works with Chrome though.

I was about to post earlier to say I fixed my problems by clearing the cache but then it times out. I cleared the cache again and now it's working.

If it wasn't required by one of our systems here at work, it would never get opened.  I cleared the cache...AGAIN...and now I guess I'm back to normal. :D

I had similar issues.  I couldn't even log out.  I deleted this site's cookies and PM'ed someone and everything returned to normal.  I couldn't post in the forum after deleting the cookies, but could send a PM.  Then it was fixed immediately.

Issues are back for me. Tried clearing the history and cookies et. al.  Next step is to restart the laptop. Ugh.
