BBQ Chicken Dinner

I used SYD BBQ All-Purpose Rub on tonight's chicken dinner.












SWMBO made some zucchini corn fritters with a zucchini from the garden that was AWESOME!  All served along side tomato and cucumber salad also from the garden, and of course a homebrew Brown Ale.

Man, that looks great !  There's some pretty solid cooks on this forum. You fit right in.
