Anthony now you have a point. I buy grain from them. Would they said anything negative.

On the other hand they were very personable down to earth people. They made their point to stop at different breweries and learn how their product is used. I admire what they do and I appreciate their product. Thomas compare my dark to Černé Krušovice. And I would say that this is a compliment.

That is an awesome compliment. And I agree with the others, your beers are tasty!

Damn. We should have had you up. Sorry Jeff. OTOH it ended up crazy and there are parts I don't remember. Like walking home from Founders.

Hands down favorite was the Dark Lager, Leos. Very nice!

That is very cool.

Quick question for Thirsty_Monk. I will be in Southern WI and IL for a few days this upcoming week. Do you distribute that far south? Would love to try your pilsner.
I am in downtown Waukesha at Bernie's taproom. http://berniestaproom.com/
I do not have any package products down there.

Awesome. I lived in Waukesha for awhile and am going back there tomorrow. I will definitely try it out.

Very cool, Leos! I met them at the CBC in 2013. They looked at my badge and said, "Bauhaus - it is German, you know!"

Im curious, Have the Weyermanns always toured and visited breweries that buy their products or do you think they are doing it to cement their working relationships because Avangard is starting to make a push into North America?

Jeff I think they were doing it for some time. They told me that they made decision to focus on smaller brewers about 20 years ago.

Briess is sort of fallowing their business model after them. At least that is my opinion.
