Secondary CO2 regulator
« on: July 10, 2014, 10:16:31 am »
I currently have a co2 distrobution block for my keezer but im beginning to think it would be nice to have individual control for all of my kegs. What are peoples opinion with the secondary regs and which ones do you recommend? Im thinking about this style so its easier to adjust.

I have the style you pictured in the OP. It's great. Easy to set up and use and allows so much more style variability.

Now that's a thing of beauty. How did you seal the hoses going through the collar?

I think I've decided to go with a dual regulator option and hook up a manifold to each to split up between my kegs. My options are to either use the single regulator i have now and then purchase a dual secondary or purchase a dual primary to replace the one i have now.

Would one set up be preferred over the other?

YEah, a dual primary is more expensive then a dual secondary;)

And more fragile as it's not mounted to anything and hangs a few inches past the side of the tank.

yeah that's a good point about it hanging further off the side of the tank.

I have 4 secondary regulators that need some TLC i think. maybe ill buy repair kits and new gauges and try them first.
