Thanks for all the input folks. I did pull the trigger this morning on the cereal killer from Adventures in Homebrewing for $89.99 delivered. Sounds like KlickitatJim has had good luck with it. Hope it shows up in time for next weekend's brew. If it doesn't work out I will go with a stripped down JSP Maltmill. Thanks again. Hopefully this mill can deal with my less than 300#/year

I think it will. Find the setting that works best for you and leave it there. That's my advice. I blow mine clean with compressor after each use and I use the box it came in as a cover. Good luck, let us know how it goes.

I see my harder rollers are getting worn out.
I put about 60,000 lb of grain thru them in 4 years. Still works well but I am ready for replacement.

Yeah, but that's a consideration that homebrewers don't need to think about!
