A stopped, starter.
« on: April 21, 2010, 11:55:02 am »
So, I got a starter going.  on a stir plate, 2000ml flask, as I step up for 10 gallon batch.  After step-up, life happened, and couldn't brew.  I have just stuck in my fridge, and it's all settled down.

I plan to use it to brew this weekend, I'll create more starter wort, decant it off, let it get to room temp, and add the new starter wort.

Anyone see a problem with this?
