Thanks for the help! I'm definitely going to use this forum more and hopefully get better at this brewing stuff (hoping to go all-grain by end of 2014—as long as I can find space in my one bedroom apartment)

All-grain is sexy - but if I did it all over again I'd get a handle on controlling fermentation temperature first. That'll make a bigger difference in quality.
