In the July/August 2014 issue of Zymurgy, there is a recipe for Savant D Ete. The recipe call for Buckwheat, Spelt, and Triticale. Where is a good place to purchase these ingredients? Thank you for your input.

I believe "Bob's Red Mill" brand of organic things sells all of those. All of my local grocery stores carry a good line of Bob's.

Colorado malting co. Sells malted versions of all those. The triticale is quite tasty.
