Slightly OT - but since most homebrewers can carbonate...

Try this when you're feeling froggy...
Next time you buy a gallon of milk, pour it off into a couple of clean 2-liter 7-up bottles (or other soda bottles). Cap it & carbonate it slightly - very slightly, just to stiffen it a bit to the touch. You don't wanna taste the carbonation in a glass of milk.

Why? Well, it extends the shelf life. I've kept milk up to 90-days in the fridge with this technique. Since most brew guyz have access to carbonating tools, this should be EZ4U. Enjoy.

this should be a thread titled "What can you carb?"

I've been thinking about making iced coffee with cream and sugar, then carbing it

How about grapes?  Put 'em in a PET bottle and carb 'em up...fizzy grapes!

Maybe Rocky should have carbed up the raw eggs he drank to make them lighter on the pallate.   ::)
