Ok, call me paranoid but I was about to do this but didn't feel comfortable giving all my info, especially birthdate to a marketing company.  I'm sure it's legit but I get enough crap calls on my phone and have to block them already.

Besides, .5L?  Go big or go home :)

Think positively.  The marketing company probably already know everything about you.

If that's true, then they should just send it to me :)

Any time I do something like this, I give them a birthdate.  Sure isn't mine, but it's got to be somebody's.  In the case of a brewery, where there is a legal age involved, I can understand the need for a birthday a (very) little bit, but when I'm writing a company about something where there are no legal age issues, I let them know they are out of line.  They can ask for an age within a range and I don't have any problem with that.

Just wear your tinfoil hat when you click "Submit" and everything will be just fine.

Anyways, thanks everyone for sending me your DOB's! I'll be sure to send you a birthday card (that I bought using a credit card I got in your name...)

I thought I read last night that they ran out of steins and were now only offering a coupon towards some Sam Adams pint glass set.

I better get a stein. The last one of these I signed up for was via Blichmann. I was supposed to get a nice bottle opener key chain appliance. Instead I got an apology a few days later. They ran out of key chains. I doubt they erased my contact info. But, if they send me a catalog I will enjoy reading beer porn.
