Tony, how cool would that be near your brew shed? Couldn't bring it with you like the shed though. Although I have seen them made on trailers to bring to events.

I've got some friends with an outdoor pizza oven on a very heavy duty cart. more a rolling square stock steel table really. it's pretty sweet.

Website?

Jim, put that credit card down and back away....;)

Way cool, Tony!  I know you'll enjoy it!

No, I'm in a holding pattern for now. The wife has approved a $30k home brewery upon retirement

So, retiring next week?  :)

I wish. Eligible in 21 months. So.... probably in ten years.

10 tons of Crushed Blue Stone has been delivered and my wife and I spent the last few days shoveling and raking. We completed the Fire Pit area first since it was the smallest of the three locations and figured you guys might like to see it. I forgot to take picts of the finished Brew Shed and Tool Shed areas, I'll do that tomorrow. The sheds get delivered Friday the 19th.

The pit looks great. Those wall bricks are prefect an allow great airflow.

Is that the dish of an old pit used as a cover?

Steve, that's exactly why I placed them like that, I never built a fire pit before but I figured the gaps would not only let extra air into the bottom of the fire but also allow heat and a nice warm glow to come thru.

And yup!, the copper bowl is from a small portable fire pit that has a cast iron base. At the moment we are using it as a cover.

Haha. I must have gotten lucky. I should just go ahead and marry my GF right now. Because there's homebrew in the linen closet, in the guest bedroom closet, in her office closet, in the kitchen, 3 chest freezers and a single tier in the garage, and she hasn't complained (too much) yet!
I would ask, on that note though and maybe I'm just spoiled for space since we have plenty of rooms and dont have kids; will that shed be big enough for your brewery? Because I think I'd need a double garage if I was going to consolidate everything.

EDIT - love the firepit BTW

I def got lucky, my wife loves brewing with me and she already started buying me beer- and brewing-related signs and stuff for the brew shed.

Took picts of the completed foundation areas. When the delivery guy dumped the stone he wasn't close enough to the 4x4s and spilled a lot of material on the grass, we still have some cleanup to do but didn't want to shovel any grass/seed into the foundations.

It's gonna be Party/Get Together Central !  I've been picturing something similar down the line, when I can justify $$ above and beyond what I spend already. I look forward to the pictures as it takes shape. And you have a wife that likes to help you brew - checkmate.  ;)
